Each year, the Group reinvests 2 percent of its turnover into training:this translates into more than 15,000 hours of training for employees.
Industrial-Academic Relations Since 1980 Rossi has been organizing joint activities and co-operation with universities and technical colleges in order to close the gap between the academic world and on-site processes and practices. This program involves lectures, on-site projects in all company departments, a degree thesis and conferences on "power transmission" given either in the company as well as at the most important universities.
In order to give students the possibility to see theoretical concepts into practice, the company also offers guided visits to our workshops.
In 2004 Rossi Group started about 90 projects both for workshops and ongoing training in cooperation with the universities of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with technical colleges and training companies for a total of more than 13,500 hours. |
